100% Guarantee Terms and Conditions for ELAF Program


These terms govern the "100% guaranteed results" offer for the Eat Like A Fighter
program ("the Program") provided by The Fight Dietitian.
By enrolling in the Program you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully,
because the guarantee only applies if you meet every condition below.

1. THE GUARANTEE
We are confident that if you follow the Program exactly as prescribed for the full
eight weeks, you will reach the goal agreed with your coach. If you meet every
eligibility condition in section 3 and still do not reach that goal, we will make it
right as described in section 5.

2. WHAT "RESULTS" MEANS
"Results" means any weight loss between the start and the end of the program.

3. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS (you must meet ALL of these)
To qualify for the guarantee you must, for the full eight-week Program:
(a) Log every single food and drink item you consume, every day, in the tracking
system we provide, with no missed days.
(b) Hit 100% compliance with your prescribed nutrition targets, training program
and step/activity targets.
(c) Attend and all group check ins on the circle group.
(d) Record your starting and finishing measurements (weight[, photos, and body
measurements]) on the weigh ins.
(e) Follow your coach's reasonable adjustments and guidance throughout.
(f) Provide truthful and accurate information about your health, history and habits.
"100% compliance" means no missed logs, sessions, targets or check-ins across all
56 days of the Program.

4. PROOF REQUIRED
To make a claim you must provide complete evidence that you met every condition in
section 3, including:
- Your full daily food and drink logs for all 56 days.
- Your completed training and activity records.
- Your check-in records.
- Your start and end measurements (weight[, photos, measurements]).
We may ask for additional reasonable evidence. If complete proof is not provided, the
guarantee does not apply.

5. WHAT "WE MAKE IT RIGHT" MEANS
If you meet every condition in section 3, provide the proof in section 4, and still do
not reach your agreed goal, you are entitled to:
- Continued coaching at no extra cost for up to 8 weeks, until you reach
the agreed goal.
This is our entire obligation under the guarantee.

6. HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Email info@thefightdietitian within [14] days of your Program end date with the subject
"Eat Like A Fighter Guarantee Claim" and attach the proof listed in section 4. We will
review your claim and respond within 14 business days. Claims made after the window,
or without complete proof, cannot be accepted.

7. EXCLUSIONS
The guarantee does not apply where:
- Any condition in section 3 is not fully met;
- Complete proof under section 4 is not provided;
- You did not agree and record a goal at the start (section 2);
- You did not disclose a relevant medical condition, medication or circumstance that
affected your results;
- Results were affected by factors outside the Program (for example undisclosed
medical issues, pregnancy, injury, or not following medical advice);
- The claim is fraudulent or the information provided is inaccurate.

8. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
The Program provides nutrition and training guidance and is not medical advice.
Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including your starting point,
genetics, health, sleep, stress and consistency. You should consult your doctor before
starting any nutrition or exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, have or
have had an eating disorder, or have any medical condition. You participate at your own
risk and are responsible for exercising within your own limits.

9. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, your rights
under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be
excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts
or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law.

10. GENERAL
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you enrol
applies to you. These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], Australia. If any part
of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
