Weekly Coaching Support (4-Week Block)

Optional weekly email check-ins with a TFD Dietitian to add to your Nutrition Plan. This is for accountability, to continue progress or make adjustments to the meal plan. These are limited to a maximum of 3 emails (from the Dietitian) per week and it is your responsibility to respond within 24 hours of the initial check-in. Weekly coaching support cannot be purchased on its own.
