The Discovery Call is a 15 minute call designed for individuals who are ready to proceed with a meal plan or consultation but want clarification on a small number of specific questions before purchasing. This is not a full nutrition consultation or an open Q&A session. A $50 deposit is required to secure the booking. If you proceed with a meal plan or consultation, this deposit is fully deducted from the total cost of your purchase.

Nutrition Consultation Calls

The 1–1 Consultation Call is a personalised session designed to assess your current situation, goals, and training demands and provide clear, actionable nutrition guidance. During the call, we develop an outline for your nutrition strategy tailored to your specific scenario, including fuelling guidance, a macronutrient framework, and a supplement outline where appropriate. This call is ideal for those seeking targeted direction without committing to a full meal plan, with the depth of advice dependent on the information provided, such as body composition data, dietary history, training load, and blood work.
